Fair skin green eyes what should i do as far as eye make up never wear shadow/liner need suggestions on how?

I have similar coloring, so I might be able to help. For eye shadow, Try starting with a really light base on your eye lids, just a neutral color whether it's light tan, shimmery white or pale pink. Blend that across your whole eye lid up to the brow bone. Then find another medium tone color, like a brown or a pink, and shade that just on the eye lid itself. Then you'll want to find your darkest eye shadow shade and blend it really well into your eye creases and outer corners of your eye lid, depending on how dramatic you want it to look. What I do for eye liner (which to me is not always a necessity) is usually a soft black or dark brown kohl on the top and a little in the outer corners also. If you're looking for something more youthful and interesting, purple complements green really well, so If you find a shade of purple eye liner you like then that will look nice with your eyes. The final step is one or two coats of mascara (my favorites are MAC plushlash in brownette or diorshow iconic in black)
