I am 16, african american and I have dark brown eyes. I currently use like a bluish-greenish eyeliner then I put a bit of black-brown over it. I also use black mascara afterwards. Black-brown by itself looks really great. It can be worn naturally for a day look, or you could add more for a night look. And it really makes me brown eyes pop. Okay, I have brown eyes myself and I always used brown eyeliner or black, or blue. But I found this liner by PIXI in the No. 4 shade. It's a great silvery-olive, but it's super dark and rich. It stays on all day and rolls on smoothly. It has a bit of a shimmer to it, but the shimmer is just golden flecks. Most wonderful eyeliner. You can get it at Target.
Oh, and they have other shades also. I would try out some golden liners. Great thing about dark complexions is that silvers and golds look remarkable.
I think you should totally try, brown. It'll make eveything look natural and together! Try a teal color that would look AH-MAZ-ING with your darker skin!! but still keep everything else on your face natural but teal eyeliner would look so cute!!

pretty much any color. :) You can use black, i find it's good for more dramatic looks or changing to night. Brown I tend to use for everyday but sometimes I use blue or green. Purple looks good on brown eyes as well :)

You probably have beautiful eyes, so keep the makeup as toned down and natural as you can when I say purple, I mean closer to black, and blend it in so it isn't too intense. The soft white sponges work great to blend your eyeshadow together. These colors work for me with almost everything, I don't like too much colored eyeshadow anyway, I think it is tacky, so I try to stay natural. They have eyeshadow that comes in sets, so I usually get those.

for everyday wear i would use a dark brown eyeliner and neutral color eye shadows. your eye color counts for a lot of which colors to use but also you skin tone. if you are what i call a classic completion ( which is what most women are) try not to use dark blues or greens. i do recommend playing with color and don't be afraid to do so. purples and browns are going to look best no matter what skin tone you have. just remember go lighter in the day and at night you can go darker with the colors. i have dark brown eyes and they are big so i love to ';dress'; them up. you can even try using a darker color of purple eyeliner with some different hues of purples and browns together.

for everyday wear i would use a dark brown eyeliner and neutral color eye shadows. your eye color counts for a lot of which colors to use but also you skin tone. if you are what i call a classic completion ( which is what most women are) try not to use dark blues or greens. i do recommend playing with color and don't be afraid to do so. purples and browns are going to look best no matter what skin tone you have. just remember go lighter in the day and at night you can go darker with the colors. i have dark brown eyes and they are big so i love to ';dress'; them up. you can even try using a darker color of purple eyeliner with some different hues of purples and browns together.
You can use a very dark color eye shadow and green color eye liner.
black eyeliner is always good and green, pink, bronzey or gold, charcoal are good colors for eye shadow!!

since you are asking how to apply eyeliner, i'm guessing you are pretty young, so i am going to assume you don't want extreme makeup. i'd say wear greyish eyeliner. if you apply top eyeliner, close your eyes, hold your lashes, and start from the end opposite your nose and work your way in, tracing your lash line. for the bottom liner, start from the end opposite your nose (again) and work your way in, skimming your lashes, and stop halfway. if you don't typically wear a lot of makeup, just do the bottom. and for the top, i have blue eyes too, i would use a goldish color, try maui wowie from urban decay (at sephora). hope i helped!How to apply eye liner (plz no videos or websites) + what color eyeshadow should i use?
I think a dark brown eyeliner pencil would be good for you. And, maybe a coloured pencil in an green/teal colour to highlight the upper lash line/lid.
well hair and skin color might help, my friend has tan skin and is a blonde with blue eyes, she gets a real dark BLUE eye liner and smudges it around her eyes, i would go w/ black, gray, plum, dark green or dark brown (blue, green, and plum are if you really want to stand out, i have electric green eyes and i use dark green once in a while, looks cool and crazy)
take the stick and smeer it on ur eyes
