black or brown .. depends on your makeup and outfit .. but i prefer black with strong makeup colors ...





but if you're using light ones like soft pink ... brown will be a good choice

I also say that black or a dark brown eyeliner would be best with your dark brown eyes. The dark brown will add to your eyes and can be more natural looking. Black is also a great color choice.





You can not go wrong with either of these colors.
it's important to pair light base colors with rich dark colors. Nice mixes include : Soft gold base with deep purple on top, champagne base with bright blue and peach base with green hue.
Look at the colored flecks in your eye, and try to match that. Like if you have more golden brown eyes, try wearing a goldish eyeliner. Also, purple might suit you if youre willing to give that a try ^-^
