Personally, I think black looks best on everyone - even blondes. No colour frames the eyes and makes them look bigger the same way that black does. There's just something about big, dark eyes that are so attractive. Just a fine line of liquid or khol black on the top lid and a volumizing black mascara makes eyes look gorgeous! xx

I would Say taupe or bronze with a purple high light.Browns look great also with a blue under the eye on the lower lids. A nice honey color always looks good too...
theres a girl in my media class (shes 16) and has same hair skin clour tones w/e as u nd she always wears blue eyeliner looks realy attractive, blue is the way to go
