since you are asking how to apply eyeliner, i'm guessing you are pretty young, so i am going to assume you don't want extreme makeup. i'd say wear greyish eyeliner. if you apply top eyeliner, close your eyes, hold your lashes, and start from the end opposite your nose and work your way in, tracing your lash line. for the bottom liner, start from the end opposite your nose (again) and work your way in, skimming your lashes, and stop halfway. if you don't typically wear a lot of makeup, just do the bottom. and for the top, i have blue eyes too, i would use a goldish color, try maui wowie from urban decay (at sephora). hope i helped!How to apply eye liner (plz no videos or websites) + what color eyeshadow should i use?
I think a dark brown eyeliner pencil would be good for you. And, maybe a coloured pencil in an green/teal colour to highlight the upper lash line/lid.
well hair and skin color might help, my friend has tan skin and is a blonde with blue eyes, she gets a real dark BLUE eye liner and smudges it around her eyes, i would go w/ black, gray, plum, dark green or dark brown (blue, green, and plum are if you really want to stand out, i have electric green eyes and i use dark green once in a while, looks cool and crazy)
