yeh of you want

there's lotsa diffrent colours in the shops

maybe a green or blackShould I wear eye liner I have a honey like eye color kinda golden brown?
Yes - ones focus is always on ones eyes when contact is first made. Try it .....you may find out it makes all the difference in the world for you.......Good Luck.....Just do not start right off with permanent eye liner (like ink used in tattoos)
Green eyeliner (thin)
I wouldn't use black but you cold try a light brown or even green.
I think you should try wearing eye liner maybe like a bronze color normally it goes on really light but looks really good for your eye color. And you should definetly wear shadow because normally it would bring out your eye color but you should use a light brown color. You should also try adding some mascara to your eyes too it makes your eyelashes look full. However if you have really fair skin i wouldnt suggest using any of these tips. you could get a bronzer also to make your skin a little darker and then i think you could use them.
shadow yes.

but wear something that will make your eye color come out.

where something dark
yes wear an eye liner maybe brown or golden brown would match nicely..
