You can get colored or regular eyeliner anywhere. Literally, any place that sells make-up.What color eye liner should i wear?
For Blue eyes Brown would look the best.


But Silver, Gray, Black, and Greens should look pretty good too.


Never get Purple, Purple is only good for Green and Brown eyes.


And how much to put on is really just personal taste.


Some people it looks really good with a thick line on, but some people it looks best with just a thin line. So just do one of each on each eye then do what looks better, or u cud ask someone which looks better.


I like Cover Girl. It's a good brand. esp the ones u don't have to sharpen u just twist it to go up. And you can buy it at any Walmart i think. Hope this helped! :)

for DARK/ BROWN SKIN- black eyeliner





covergirl works well, and so does Urban Decay.


i reccomend UrbanDecay though(:
brown or brown/black. i always use cover-girl eyeliner, i don't use the ones you have to sharpen. i like the ones were you turn it to raise the tip.
blue, bronze, sliver, black, sliver or bronze put a thick line on, but blue or black put a thin line on.

go for a blue or something a lil metalic. don't overdo to much. u can get some from M.A.C. and um SEPHORA
