What color eye shadow and eye liner should i wear ?

i have fair skin and light green eyes and my left eye has a brown spot in it What color eye shadow and eye liner should i wear ?
Try using a triple palette of Brown eyeshadow. Use the darkest one below the crease to make your eyes stand out more and then the medium ont the crease of your eyelid, and swipe the lightest above it.


The brown will make the green in your eyes stand out more.





Also, I would use a brown eyeliner

you can play with eye shadow the eye liner should be either dark brown or black and should stay thin and very close to the lash line....the purpose of eye liner is to make the lashes look longer a dark color will give them that appearance a light liner will be to bright and steal the spot light making your lashes look shorter or even absent even with black mascara.


Purple eye shadow brings out green eyes just remember that if your eyes are close set use a ligher color in the inner corners near your nose and a darker shade towards the outter corner......opposite if your eyes are wide set
stick to the purples and browns. Darker for smoky, and lighter for flirty. If you have thick eyelashes you should only put eyeliner at the outer edge of your eye lid. It will make them look more defined and full. If you have thin lashes do the same thing but also apply at bottom outer edge.

Oh my god! I must be your twin because that sounds exactly like me. I use shimmery gray with a little dark gray eyeliner. If you use black, it will wash us fair girls out. Hope this helps!
No eyeliner. It will be too harsh on your face. Purple and blue eye shadows will work best.
