okay heres good info, lol i love eye shaddow. since your tan with blue eyes if i were you i would either try a gold highlighter and apply that on your entire eyelid and brow bone etc. then take a dark brown shade and only apply it in your eyelid crease then kinda take your finger and sorta brush the brown on ur crease up into the gold gently. that away itll make ur eyeshaddow a smokey kinda deal . : )
welcome to my world lol everybody mistakes my age and someties i ind it hard to apply make up with my darkk skin so i use a lot of smokey for night and stuff and durnig the day i actualy jut use thin liquid liner eyeliner and blush concealer and lipgloss thats it i sdont apply eyeshadown in morning
