|Purple eyeliner (plum color) look great on brown eyes, also bright or dark green looks good on brown eyes too!

Brown eyeliner. There are also other colors, like ice blue, pink, red, white... You can find them in drugstores like Walgreen's.

brown would be classy for dances or just every day, it might seem like too much brown so if you have darker eyes use a lighter brown and vice versa.
