you could wear black eyeliner but i would also try dark brown eyeliner, it would blend in with the colors/tones and also your eyes :) try regular if you're not sure because liquid is a little hard to get off. good luck!What color eye liner should i wear..?
Liquid eyeliner can be very hard to apply. I'd go with regular eyeliner in brown or black. :]

liquid would look best ! , id only use regular (kohl) if i dont have any makeup or just for the waterline. liquid would stand out and make your eyes look great!

use a really dark black pencil eye liner
such as 'the body shop'
[affordable and i swear by the stuff] (:
charcoal black or engraved black i also have hazel eyes it makes them pop :P
black will work.
