My eyes are sometimes light gray/blue,and sometimes they are darker blue with green in them.my eyes are my favorite feature,so I was wondering what color eye shadow/liner would really make them pop?What color eye shadow/liner would make my eyes pop?
For liner, one with sparkles, black usually. . . . eye shadow, Lavender.

white eyeshadow. black eyeliner.
bronze to bring out the blue, pink/peach to bring out the green
a good set of lashes whether fake or real makes any eyes pop
This depends on your skintone somewhat but brown liner and shadow really brings out the blue in eyes.
