Well am good at it but have to go to this party which i have to be fancy with other girls and i really don't use that much makeup so any tips on all face makeupDo yall have any tips how to put on liner on your top eye i need help i have to be facny for this party?
The most sleek looking eyeliner on the top eyelid is liquid but practice a great deal before hand as it's not easy to apply the first time!





But how I used to start off was applying just a very thin layer starting from half way of the eyelid and working in little drags, moving the brush a bit, taking it off, carrying it on again. Whe you first start out you don't want to apply it as one long streak, do it carefully and minimal. You could always do small flicks at the end aswell just where the eyelid ends and where your eyelashes are on the outer corner.





But the tip for liquid eyeliner is to practice!!
