How to put eye liner on the bottom of you're eye I'm just starting to wear make up

Well, you can put it on your lower lash line (right at the roots of your lashes) or on your waterline (thin strip of skin right above your lower lashes when you pull down your lower lid a little...where your top and bottom lids meet)





Lash line:


Draw a thin line with a sharpened pencil, use short strokes, get as close to the roots as possible.





Waterline: (Easier and less room for mistake)


Pull down the lower lid a little and run eyeliner pencil over waterline until you get the color you want.

its really weird but i do it kindaa like putting contacts in i guess. i like pull down like rite by my cheek bone and use an eyeliner pencil 2 put it on the inside of the bottom part RITE ABOVE YOUR BOTTOM LASH NOT HTE PART THAT TOUCHEES UR EYE!!!!!

well if u are just starting to, then just put it like on your lash line (blend into lashes)


just follow the natural line of your eye

You just trace lightly right under your bottom eyelashes. I smear mine.
