Eye liner tips?

I have green eyes. They are usually more gold though, and I have blonde hair. They blend together, and my eyes don't POP. for some reason, i can never get my eye liner to look right. It looks really good when I apply it to the top, but not the bottom. I always look tired when I apply it to the bottom. Do you have any tips on how to apply eye liner to lower lids? thank you!Eye liner tips?
As a makeup artist I only like appying eyeliner at the top. But it depends on how you like it. But with liquid I only apply at the top, if its pencil I will apply at the top and bottom, when I apply it at the bottom i start in the middle to the corner. Use waterproof, and brushes. So here are some tips to follow.

Shape and define your eyes with eyeliner after you've applied eye shadow and before applying mascara. Whether you choose a soft line or a dramatic stroke, eyeliner draws attention.

Tips:

Choose an eyeliner appropriate for your eye color. Brown, navy and charcoal accent light eyes well, while brown and plum shades flatter brown eyes. Make sure your liner complements the color of your shadow.

Consider the type of look you're after. Pencil eyeliner gives your eyes soft definition, while liquid versions offer precision and drama. You can also moisten dark eye shadow and apply it with a small, flat brush.

Prepare a cake liner or a dark eye shadow by applying a small amount of water to your brush. Or, if you're using a pencil eyeliner, ensure that you've sharpened the pencil adequately.

Move the wet brush gently through your cake liner or dark shadow. Hold the brush or pencil as you would hold a pen.

Tilt your head back slightly and bring your eyes to a half-open state. This creates a good angle for application, while allowing you to see what you're doing.

Draw a line across the upper lid just above the lashes, from the inside corner to the outside corner of the eye. If you're using liquid liner, allow it to dry before opening your eyes all the way, or the color may transfer into the crease of your eye.

If you used a brush or a pencil, soften the look by gently smudging the line with your brush, a cotton swab or your finger.

put eyeliner directly on the water line, the line that ur eyelashes connect to, it will go on smoothly and look fantastic!
work your way in.
I have green eyes, too and I make them pop by dying my medium brown hair dark dark brown (almost black.) Another way to make green eyes really pop is to use an eyeliner brush and line your eyes in a smoky purple, black, dark brown or gray eyeshadow. I would recommend lining your eyes with eyeshadow if you're having trouble with eyeliner.
Only apply a thin line of eyeliner along the bottom lid. Only line along the lower lashline from your outer eyes to your mid bottom, so it looks more natural. Lightly smudge the liner so it blends with your lashes. Also if you have specks of gold in your eyes try getting a shimmery gold eyeshadow to line underneath your lower lashline. It will surely make your eyes look really pretty and it will bring out the gold in your eyes. Also you might like shadow liner which comes in various colors and includes a pointed brush to apply it. It looks really natural compared to harsh lines some eyeliners leave.
