It's okay. To put on eyeliner, you've got to determine the style you want it.





Thick lines:





Natural - lower the eyelid of the eye you're drawing on and start by making a fine guided line sweep. Open your eyes and look at it in the mirror and see if you can see it, gradually add position the pencil until it is at the thickness you like it and make a neat careful sweep to the end of your eye, following it's lines.





Dramatic - Same as above, but instead of following the eye to its crease, you will actually lightly pull your pencil up until it makes sort of a romantic look.

u draw a little patern and then color it in with asorted eye liner colors, I HAVE NO FREAKIN CLUE! us retards gotta stick together.

Prsonally,Ilike to make a thin line on the top lid and then on the bottom. Its kind of hard if youre '; make-up retarted'; like you say but with practice it gets sooo much easier. When you apply it to the top lid kind of stretch the corner of your eye and with a well sharpened eye liner make a smooth line across. Try to do it as close to your eyelashes as possible. Good luck!
