Green is perhaps one of the most complimentary colors on brown eyes. I would recommend to really play up the eye, use a light brown liner and a forest green shadow. If you have two different shades, a light and a dark, use the dark shade across the crease of the eye. This will give plenty of color without overwhelming the eye and leave you with a fresh, beautiful look.
