i need to know how to put black eyeliner on my eyes


on the top or under my eyelashes i dont know,,,,,

i have the same kind of eyes and i usually put eyeliner on the lower lid only but i saw on tlc that u should put it under your eyelashes (on what not to wear)Eye liner tips,,i have big black eyes...?
u should pu it on under your eylashes. to apply just put ur elbows to ur dresser, for it to stand on, lean on part of the dresser, look in the mirror. get the eyeliner and apply it under eyelashes slowly.


u should just put mascara on your top eyelashes
take the eyeliner, close your eye and line as close to your eyelashes as possible. for the bottom, line the inner part of your eye, its kind of a delicate spot so be careful, dont poke your eye! its really easy, hope this helped :)
I also have big black eyes, you can put on eye liner any way you want, as long as it looks good. it just depends on what kida look your trying to achieve.
