A creamy, chocolatey brown eyeliner would look tre-amazing and cute on blue eyes !! And black mascara works with any and everything.





I also think that a coppery brown eyeliner would look perfect, especially with some shimmery gold eyeshadow.





Navy blue would be a great choice too. It would really make your eyes pop and looks brilliant with black mascara ( or even blue mascara !! )





Experiment with all kinds of colors though, if you don't like any of those on you then try forrest greens, plums, whatever you like-- because makeup is more of a personal choice, it doesn't matter so much what other people think looks good-- it's what you love !!
Use brown eyeliner and smudge it with a q-tip so it will look more naturual.

For mascara you can wear black for a night look but a rich brown is much better if you want to look naturual.
Yes, black mascara looks nice, but make sure you brush out your lashes so they don't get cakey.





My fav eyeliner colors are: brown, silver, and white. The brown brings out my blues (hehe...) and the silver and white play them up!

I like black mascara %26amp;%26amp; eyeliner (I have blue eyes too xD)


And if you're going out, a really nice look is to use blue, purple or pink eyeliner right underneath the eye, and a matching shimmery eyeshadow on your eyelid (try micabella).

you can wear black, but i prefer brown with yours.


brown will make your blue eyes pop out more, and catch attnetion.


you can try putting it only on your bottom lid, and that'll look really pretty.
