I have really small, but very blue eyes I want to make them look pretty without looking like I'm going to some club. I also have problems getting a good, straight line. Any tips? Also, know any eye liners that won't rub off or run by the end of the day? What are some tips for applying eye liner?
ok so when your putting it on the bottom.
just LIGHTLY slide it right below your eyelashes.
then if you want it darker you already have a line so go over it.
and for the top all you have to do is shut one eye. pull it to the farthest side and draw the line. it should be so tight you can tell where to draw itWhat are some tips for applying eye liner?
pull your eye taught so you look like an asian [no offense to those who are] apply to the lower lid and inside on the rim of the lid then use your finger or a smudging pencil and go over it LIGHTLY
try revlon or loreal eyliner. they're very good! (don't smudge as much!/easy!)
just do the top of your eyes with the liner, and choose a lighter shade (no black - would be way too dark for your blue eyes) ..
you could use liquid eyeliner which dries very fast but it always takes practice for anyone who is applying eyeliner. my first 15 tries sucked so bad, and i looked like I got a black eye.
good luck

do it slowly. the best eye liner that i use is revlon. it wont rub off, it has oil in it so its water proof! good luck!
i apply it only on the top eye lid its flattering not overdone and for the smudging put powder foundation on the area your putting the liner (before of course) on and DON'T TOUCH YOUR FACE the oil from your hand will make the liner smudge
If you don't ones that rub off.. you need a waterproof one. Rimmel is pretty good. And are you using liquid or pencil? Liquid is hard to get in a straight line, you need a steady hand. But pencil is much easier, just take it slowly section my section. And it's all about practice!
p.s.I find that Cover Girl has the best mascara! It's their new one in an orange tube.
