Any dark color would look good on you - if you want a more natural look, then try a medium-toned brown, like a dark hazel--ish color





But if you want your eyes to be VERY dramatic, then try white, pink or something like that; be very careful about what color you use if you're going to use a lighter color - try it on first, ask someone, and if they (and you) think it's trashy, then don't wear it


But my friend wears white eyeliner sometimes, and she looks REALLY good in it
i think u could use natural dark colour as u r a bit dark.if u use bright colour u will look like a clown.try it out.gud luck.but u can always visit any make up counter coz the worker there can give u make up tips for FREE.they r pro.

I think a good rule of thumb is that (for the most part) eyeliner/shadow looks trashy if it's lighter than your skintone, so you could probably look good in any chocolate, black/dark blue whatever that you want or think would compliment your style. good luck ^_^
Stick with the traditional black. This will never look dull on you and can be line to look natural or dramatic.
