I used to wear eyeliner on my actual eyelid, but it pratically came off before I left the house, now I out line my eye (underneath the eyelashes) it doesnt give you the dark look but does look very nice

it really depends on what look youre going for.





If you have big eyes and you want them to look really lined and make your whites pop out, stretch your bottom down and line RIGHT on the line with a charcoal black. this might be uncomfortbale but you'll get used to it, and it looks great with a light coloured eyeshadow.





If you want your eyes to look a big bigger, take a brown eye liner pencil and pencil just under the actual line of your eye, smudge it a bit and blend it with your fingers or a cotton swab.





If you want your eyes to REALLY be opened up, use white eyeliner on the line of your eye and really pile it on, it makes them open right up and looks great if youre tired, it makes you look wide awake.

they say you shouldnt wear it in ur eye lid but i do n it looks nice i also put a little on the lash line n sometimes i line the top with a very thin line n i use a shimmery pink shadow i get compliments on my eyes all the time

I wear liquid eyeliner on the upperlid and use an angled brush to apply (gently dab) black powder eyeshadow to the lower waterline. (That little pink ledge right above the bottom lashes). That's when I want my eyes to POP! For everyday, just use the angled brush with powder to give a sof smokey line wherever you like. Upper lid is the most common place for everyday wear, whether you like it smokey, defined, or even just on the outside corners. Play around and see what works best for your eyes :)

You can wear it inside on top and bottom, or underneath the eye but not thick thin or just on top......the more you do it you'll get use to it...... Also if you do the bottom a trick is to use black eye shadow it will stay on longer....
