Just remember that tattoos are forever. Are you sure you'll want eyeliner when you're, like, 70?
dont do it!!! thats possibley the worst thing that you can do. it eliminates ALLL the things that you can do with eyeliner and besides eyeliner really isn't that hard to do in the first place, it takes like 5 minutes MAX. AND you can't change the color of the eyeliner, TRAGIC. why waste the money simply for something that you will regret.
