oh i hate that kind too. i had to use that before so i just put a lot on and i kept putting it on over and over. Then i just used a q-tip to fix it when it all dryed.

the brushes r way better then pens!


get a tissue and wipe off all the eyeliner and then put the brush in a little bit of eyeliner on the tissue so theres not ALOT of eyeliner on the brush and use it how u normally do, or if u have some old liquid eyeliner use them pens with the NYC eyeliner
I really do not like liquid liner because it sticks to your eyelashes and often becomes goopy and chunky. But if you're applying it to your top lids, hold your hand and the brush above your eye, then slowly and steadily move the liner from the beginning of your lashline to about 1/6 of an inch past the end. Try to get as close to your lashes as possible.

Start from the middle of ur eyelid klose to ur lids as possible.


Move towards the inner korner first. start a lil thiker and go thinner as u go towards the korner.


Now taper it to the outer korner a lil past the lash line, maybe about 1/10 th'; or as it suits u.


I like it a lik thiker in the middle tapering outwards.


Take a lil at a time, dont overload the brush. Dip it in liner liquid, tapping on the bottle edge, it'll be neater that way!
