kae this is going to sound retarded but can you give me some step by step how to put eye liner on


i'm fourteen and i can't do it myself lol


so that's pretty sad


so if someone could give me the step by step that'd be great

It's very simple.


There are two ways to do it and depending on the person you can do either.If you don't like eyeliner being ver close to your eye then judt don't pull your bottom row of lashes down so basically skip the first sentence of my instructions.








place your middle finger of either hand beneath your eye and pull your lower lid down and then apply the eyeliner(not the liquid kind) to the area or your eyelid where your eyelashes are at. Then just move your finger so you are no longer holding your eyelid down and place a little bit of eye liner beneath the lashes. Smudge it with either a Q-tip or your finger.If you want eyeliner on the top of your eye place your finger on your lashes and gently hold one eye closed put the eyeliner on then once again smudge in. Always smudge toward the lashes.





If you're looking for a fun funky way to play up your eyes go for colors other than brown or black try nice plums or greens or blues.

1) use an eyeliner pencil that will bring


out your eyes. if you have blue eyes, use


a ';rich'; navy blue color. if you have brown or


green use brown. if you have gray use black.


* try almay intense i-color.





2) get a sharpener, some eyeliners come with one


built in.





3) rest both of your elbows down on a table or sink


counter in front of a mirror. peel down your bottom eyelid


and draw all along the line above where your eyelashes come


out. yes, the pink skin. do as thin a line as you can. make it


sharp and precise.





4) line the inner corners with the very edge so it traces the


shape of your eyes.





5) don't use it on your top lid. instead just use mascara.





tip:


use the darkest shade of


the color you can find. not a light


pastel, chunky one. try physician's formula


and covergirl. especially for navy blue - use


a rich, dark shade.





you might want a waterproof or long lasting


one!





DON'T MAKE THESE MISTAKES:


don't put the eyeliner all around your eyes


don't put it where the eyelashes come out


don't use harsh colors like jet black


don't try to do a smokey eye

You need a sharp eyeliner pen / good liquid eyeliner.





Pull the corner of your eye out with your finger and and slowly apply it close to the lashes (if your putting it on the top). If you want to put it under the eyes then do the same as before.





Remember a small amount is good enough and keep practicing. You could experiment with different colours and shades to change you style too. Also flicking liquid eyeliner out at the sides gives you a different look all together.

Okay,you open your eye,then get a sharpened eyeliner pencil or liquid eyeliiner.Then OKAY NEVERMIND!Check wikihow.
i don't think the eye liner should be sharp because it pokes ur eyes and i always keep it round otherwise my eyes get all watery but hold ur bottom with ur index finger down and make a smiley face in ur yee thass how i learnedd
dont use a pencil those are hard for the first time applyin eyeliner


i use a click stick kind of thing


just pull your eye to the side and apply slowly
