i dont think there is a 'best' make-up brand. its more, each to there own, if you dont know how to put on eyeliner, you dont need the best brand anyway, youd be better of going and getting some revlon, or cover girl, or even maxfactor.





how to put eyeliner on:


you can put it along the top, bottom or fill and smudge your eye lid in with it, you can get any colours- as well as wet and dry, pick one that goes best with your toning or eye colour to make them pop!


if your not very steady and tend to shake while your doing it, try resting your elbow on somthing as you do it


if your putting it along your bottom lashes, you can hold the skin down- but putting it on your bottom lashes can sometimes make you look sleepy if you use a dark colour.

i use M.A.C eyeliner and its AMAZING!!!! i love it. to apply the eyeliner you simply take the liner and apply it along your lash line. the harder you press the thicker and darker the line, i sugest that you start simple with the eye liner and as you get better applying it and you become more conmftorable with it on than you can GRADUALLY apply more. i sugeset that you use black eyeliner, i find it the most flatering.





i also sugest using mascara, define a lash *cover girl* and lashblast*either cover girl or maybelline* are both very clump free and flatering on most. i also sugest using black.





my favorite brands are M.A.C, cover girl and maybelline. they are generally non expencive and can be found everywhere.

i've been using revlon liquid eyeliner...and it's good!!
hold your bottom eyelid down when you want to apply the eye liner.


i use maybeline(however you spell it).


i find that works really well. alot of people i know use it so i know its good.


im not exactly sure how to put it on the top because i dont think you need it there but i guess you do the same to the bottom as the top.
You can search on youtube demonstrations by professional make up artists... Some of them also recommend specific brands to use. However, best way to find make up you like is by browsing and trial and error. One product that works well for one person may not have the same effects for you.
